Jason Pappas
Managing Partner
Jason Pappas is a seasoned executive, advisor, and board member with a career spanning
leadership roles across industries and stages of growth. He is the founder of Antson Advisors, a management consulting firm focused on helping businesses navigate strategic transitions. Prior to founding Antson, Jason served as President and Managing Partner of Tower Partners, a lower middle-market investment bank with offices in Baltimore, New York, and Florida. He continues to support Tower in a part-time capacity as an operating partner. Earlier, Jason was CEO and President of RocketDocs, a private equity–backed sales enablement software company with teams in Baltimore and London. After serving on the board, he stepped in to lead the company through a financial and operational transformation, culminating in its 2023 acquisition by Atoka Technologies, a Dallas-based family office. Before RocketDocs, Jason served as CEO, President, and Chairman of Maryland Proton Treatment Holdings, a state-of-the-art cancer treatment center affiliated with the University of Maryland Medical System.
He led a $277 million financial restructuring and subsequent acquisition by the Public Finance Authority of Wisconsin. He continues to serve on the organization’s board of managers. Jason’s earlier experience includes executive leadership roles at Progressus Therapy and EntreQuest, where he helped lead growth and capital planning efforts that ultimately resulted in successful exits. He has served on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards, including his current role as Chairman of Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic. He is a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Maryland and the Greater Baltimore Technology Council. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Yale University and a juris doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law, with a focus on finance and taxation. He is also an adjunct professor of finance at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He lives in Baltimore City with his fiancé, two teenage children, and their dog, Shadow.
